Mini-Circuits’ VAEQ-2150+ voltage variable equalizer covers frequencies from 950 to 2150MHz, supporting satellite L-Band use. It enables very fine attenuation slope control to accurately linearize a device over frequency. This model consumes low levels of power with supply voltages from +3 to +5VDC at 15mA maximum and control voltages from 0 to +5VDC at 10mA maximum. High IP3 of +55dBm and typical deviation from linear loss of ±0.1dB at +3V supply and ±0.05dB at +5V supply provide very low signal and power distortion over the full band. These tiny units measure only 0.394”x0.394”x0.150”, making them excellent candidates for dense circuit board layouts.
