Mini-Circuits’ model RC-3MTS-18 is a broadband switch matrix consisting of three independently controlled electro-mechanical transfer switches, each covering DC to 18 GHz. It can be operated under USB or Ethernet control and is rated for 10 million switch cycles. It handles 10 W typical power with 0.25 dB or less typical insertion loss. Typical isolation is 76 dB or more from DC to 18 GHz with 25 ns typical switching speed. Typical VSWR is 1.15:1 or better. The switch matrix requires 24 and 5 V at its standard and USB ports, respectively. The patented design is supplied in a rugged metal case measuring 6.0 × 4.5 × 2.25 in. (152.4 × 114.3 × 57.2 mm) with female SMA connectors. The RoHS-compliant switch matrix is designed for operating temperatures from 0 to +40°C and is supported by a free downloadable Windows-based graphical user interface (GUI).
