Mini-Circuits’ GVA-83+ is a high-dynamic-range MMIC amplifier specially designed for applications requiring high linear performance, particularly wideband advanced digital communications systems such as LTE. Fabricated using InGaP HBT technology, it supports applications from DC to 7 GHz with 20 dB gain, +18 dBm P1dB, +33 dBm OIP3 and 6.2 dB typical noise figure. The amplifier is unconditionally stable and features excellent ESD protection (HBM Class 1C; 100V to <2000V). It operates on a single +5V supply and comes housed in an industry standard SOT-89 package.
