Mini-Circuits’ ADE-201FMH+ mixer has an RF bandwidth of 90 to 200 MHz, an LO bandwidth of 154 to 264 MHz and IF bandwidth of 10 to 150 MHz. Rated for +17 dBm LO power, this model is an excellent candidate for applications including mobile radio, radar, vehicle recovery systems and locator transmitters. It provides excellent linearity with +30 dBm IP3 as well as 6.4 dB conversion loss, 42 dB L-R isolation, and 35 dB L-I isolation. The mixer comes housed in a miniature, six-lead surface mount package (0.27 x 0.31 x 0.22”) making it an ideal candidate for dense PCB layouts.
